WHAT WE'RE ALL ABOUT

What you will find at White Dove Sail is everyday use soap for the masses!

Don't let the word everyday fool you, our soap is made from exquisite oils and butters, freshly pureed fruits and vegetables and healthy, skin conscious additives, always natural and organic where possible. Your skin has never been cleaned so gently and thoroughly with such luxurious bubbly lather. Let's KEEP IT CLEAN out there!

Palm oil, lard, and tallow are NOT ALLOWED in our cold processed soap.
Plastic cups, spoons, pipettes, and straws never need to be banished to the landfill. We don't use them!
Microwaves are not utilized here. Zapping is for wizards with really good wand control.
Our soap wrap and packing tape are completely biodegradable.
Soap wrap, white labels, business cards, packing paper, and shreds are all made from recycled materials.
Glitter is not a common ingredient at White Dove Sail but any added is biodegradable and environmentally friendly.

OILS & BUTTERS

It's a delicate matter, achieving the optimal balance of cleansing, moisturizing, nourishing and lather. Here's how it's done!

Our house blend of oils contains Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Organic Cocoa Butter, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Grapeseed Oil, and Castor Oil.

ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the highest grade of olive oil. Made from the first pressing of fresh olives it adds moisture and conditioning properties to handmade cold process soap.

COCONUT OIL

Natural and pure, Coconut Oil is a powerful cleanser. Its role in keeping you clean is key and a valuable treasure.

RICE BRAN OIL

Rice Bran Oil is rich in vitamins, minerals, proteins and antioxidants from the vitamin E family. A mild oil that on its own is used for dry, flaky, sensitive, mature and delicate skin. We couldn't be more pleased with its effect.

SHEA BUTTER

Our Shea Butter is unrefined to retain every ounce of decadent moisturizing goodness it was born with. Undoubtedly, just like its Mama!

ORGANIC COCOA BUTTER

Our Organic Cocoa Butter contains loads of natural antioxidants, just like the chocolate you eat! The smell is tantalizing to say the least! It imparts a delicious chocolaty aroma to soap. Undeoderized, this rich, moisturizing butter is exclusively used in our natural soaps and anything with chocolate or coffee fragrance.

COCOA BUTTER (DEODORIZED)

Obtained from the organically grown Cocoa tree, its beans are extracted and, presto, deoderized Cocoa Butter occurs. Moisturizing and glorious!

MANGO BUTTER

Similar to Shea and Cocoa Butter, Mango Butter has a slightly different fatty acid content. It's natural emollient properties couldn't be more welcome at White Dove Sail!

AVOCADO OIL

Vitamins A, B12, B2, D, E and Beta-carotene is how Avocado Oil made it to the mix.

APRICOT KERNEL OIL

Suitable for sensitive and mature skin, this refined Apricot Kernel Oil gives the blend its personal boost.

GRAPESEED OIL

Grapeseed Oil is silky, smooth and high in antioxidants. That's exactly why we use it.

CASTOR OIL

Castor Oil helps draw moisture to your skin. Here comes a heap of bubbly lather!

ROSE PETAL INFUSED OIL

Tender rose petals rested in Olive and Rice Bran Oil, 6 weeks, in the dark. That's how you bring out the love!

FRUITS & VEGGIES

The marriage of Mother Nature and Father Science is somewhat a mystery in the soaping world. Nature's abundant benefits may suffer slightly in the realm of science and saponification. Mindful techniques are implemented to insure our soap does not overheat, allowing the natural elements in these ingredients to make it straight to your skin.

Although we love Father Science, this time Mother Nature is crushing it!

AVOCADO

Rich in fatty acids, Vitamin C, B6, E, beta-carotene and antioxidants, it's organic to boot. That's the short list.!

ALOE VERA LEAF

Freshly peeled leaf of Aloe Vera, in all its gooey, translucent, skin soothing glory.

PAPAYA

One of the best fruits for your skin, Papaya contains vitamins A, C and B, minerals and enzymes that help prevent skin damage, and has antibacterial, anti-fungal and antiviral properties. Peeled and pureed fresh!

PAPAYA SEEDS

Taken from the same Papaya, the seeds are carefully washed, thoroughly dried and ground with a mortar and pestle to achieve the ideal exfoliating finish.

MANGO

Vitamins A, C and E along with beta-carotene and a wonderful source of skin healing antioxidants, Mango is excellent for rejuvenating your complexion.

STRAWBERRIES

Full of vitamin C, strawberries are also anti fungal and anti inflammatory. We use the whole berry, so the seeds play a welcome role in exfoliation, too. That's a bitty berry with big benefits!

CUCUMBER

Cucumber has a reputation for soothing skin irritations and reducing swelling of puffy eyes. We are partial to its addition to Cucumber Chamomile soap.

PUMPKIN

Come September all we want to hear is "Pumpkin." Here's an equally brilliant idea...it's beneficial for your skin year round. 100% pureed Pumpkin.

ACAI

Acai berries are nutrient dense, high in fat (for a fruit), brimming with antioxidants AND organic. So delicate they wont last the trip out of South and Central America. Fortunately the puree works exceptionally well in our Acai soap!

CARROT JUICE

Organic with beta-carotene, vitamin A and antioxidants. Carrots are not just for eyesight these days

BLUEBERRY JUICE

Organic blended Blueberries. Pretty much nectar of the Gods!

BERRY SEEDS

Blueberry, Strawberry, Apricot, Blackberry, Raspberry and Cranberry. Natural exfoliation at different levels in a variety of soaps.

CRANBERRY FIBER

Softly exfoliating, often paired with Cranberry Seeds for double duty!

MATCHA POWDER

Organic Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder. Superfood? The super-est! Known to contain 137 times more antioxidants than any other food source, it is also GMO free. Lather it up with Matcha Avocado or Matcha Latte.

CACAO POWDER

Powdered chocolate with resveratrol and powerful antioxidants. 20 times more than blueberries! Sourced from organic, non-GMO, raw, vegan, gluten-free, non-alkalized cacao beans. Gimme! Gimme! Gimme!

ROSEHIP EXTRACT

This powder is made from the fruit of the rose, rosehip. It contains one of the most concentrated sources of vitamin C available.

ROSE PETALS

Rose petals are infused into oils for Rosey soap and added straight to the mixture before pouring into molds. No thorns on these roses!

HONEY

Natural, pure, raw honey. Sweet and Local.

COCONUT MILK

Coconut Milk has high levels of vitamin C which helps maintain the elasticity of skin, prevents wrinkles and age spots. Ours is strictly organic Coconut and water with no gums or thickeners added.

ALMOND MILK

Almonds and distilled water. That's all she wrote. Made fresh in house.

COFFEE

Strong and freshly brewed. So strong it creates a slurry that adds a skin smoothing, gentle exfoliation. You know it's roasted locally!

COFFEE GROUNDS

Larger grounds for greater exfoliation, finer for mild. Wow! You'll never be the same after using this on the pads of your hands and the soles of your feet. I'm awake!

OATMEAL

Reap the benefit of these sown

oats! Ground to the perfect exfoliating texture.

KAOLIN CLAY

Kaolin is a gentle clay that can be used to exfoliate and stimulate circulation. Adding it to soap helps give some slip. Sometimes the Kaolin is skipped for French Green, Gold Brazilian, Kaolin Rose or Moroccan Red.clay.

ACTIVATED CHARCOAL

Activated charcoal draws bacteria, toxins, chemicals, dirt and oil to the surface of skin, absorbs and carries them away when it is rinsed from your skin. What a pal!

GREEN TEA EXTRACT

Green Tea is a superb antioxidant, great for anti-aging and a skin soothing agent. You are familiar with the benefits inside your body, now try it outside!

HIBISCUS FLOWER POWDER

Hibiscus is a natural source of alpha-hydroxy acids. AHA's are known to help exfoliate and speed cell turnover.

SEA BUCKTHORN POWDER

Legends written about Sea Buckthorn include sick and injured horses being left in the wild to later be discovered healthy and strong from surviving on this plant. Let's put that mythology into soap!

CHAMOMILE FLOWER POWDER

In the interest of healthy skin, Chamomile Flowers are a powerhouse to say the least. Anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, antibacterial, antiseptic and contain antioxidants. All this in a hypoallergenic flower powder and we're sold!

TURMERIC

Turmeric is great for all skin types but especially targets psoriasis, acne and redness. Its anti inflammatory properties help attain that vibrant, healthy glow we're all looking for!

WINE

Wine is stuffed with antioxidants like flavonoid, resveratrol and tannin which facilitate collagen restoration and produce radiant skin. Mama needs some wine!!

BEER

Beer is a good cleanser. It helps dissolve dead skin cells and increase the elasticity of your skin. Ours is brewed locally and a pint is always enjoyed soon after! Cheers!
